2How to Apply for the Credit Line on UPI ?
To apply for this facility, you can follow these steps through the BharatPe app:
- Download the BharatPe app from the App Store or Play Store.
- Complete the onboarding process by providing your phone number and PAN details.
- Finish the electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) and video Know Your Customer (vKYC) verification.
- Your eligibility and credit limit will be assessed, and you will be assigned a limit accordingly.
3What is the eligibility to apply for Credit line on UPI?
Applicants must be between 21 and 65 years of age to be eligible for the Credit Line on UPI.

9Can I convert my Credit Line bill into EMI?
For Pay in Full (Bullet product), you have the option to convert the entire billed amount into "Equated Monthly Installments (EMI)" for a tenure of 3 to 12 months.
For Pay in Parts (Auto EMI product), the bill will be automatically converted to EMI as per the opted tenure.
10How can I change my EMI tenure?
You can modify your EMI tenure for "Auto EMI" product at least 24 hours before the statement generation date. Any changes made within 24 hours of the bill generation date will take effect from the next billing cycle.
11How do I view my CL on UPI EMI details?
To view your EMI details, simply click the "EMI" button on the Credit Line on UPI home screen within the app.
12Can I foreclose my EMI?
Yes, you can foreclose your EMI at any time by paying the remaining outstanding amount and applicable interest.
- For Bullet products: A foreclosure charge of 2% + GST will be applicable.
- For Auto EMI products: There are no foreclosure charges.

The interest-free period on your Credit Line on UPI ranges from 3 to 34 days, depending on the date of your purchase. For example, for a bill generated on the 2nd of every month with a due date of the 4th, a purchase made on the 2nd of the previous month would have a free period until the due date, while a purchase made on the 31st of the previous month would have a free period of only 4 days.

- The bank will levy late payment charges, and other applicable charges as per the terms and conditions. These charges will be applied from the Payment Due Date.
- It may lead to a temporary or permanent suspension of your Credit Line on UPI account at the bank's discretion.
20What is the due date for my Credit Line on UPI bill?
Your bill will be generated on the 2nd of every month, and the payment due date will be the 4th of the same month.

To close your account, ensure all outstanding dues are cleared, and then contact customer support to submit a closure request.
